1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Dataflare Lab ("The Facility"), inquiring about our datasets, or using our Partner Access portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all researchers, enterprise entities, and government bodies accessing our infrastructure.

2. Data Residency & Licensing

Dataflare provides access to three tiers of data: Open, Private, and Commercial.

• Open Data: Available for public research under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0.
• Private Data: Restricted to on-premise deployment within specific jurisdictions. Exporting this data to public cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS us-east-1) is a violation of these terms.
• Commercial Data: Licensed on a per-seat or per-token basis for enterprise use.

3. Approved Use Guidelines

You agree not to use Dataflare datasets for:

• Deanonymization of private individuals.
• Generation of non-consensual deepfake content.
• Military targeting or autonomous weapon systems without explicit clearance.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our datasets are provided "as is". While we strive for dialectal precision and legal accuracy, we do not guarantee that our data is free from errors or biases inherent in the source material.
