Privacy Notice

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

1. Our Data Philosophy

Dataflare respects the sanctity of personal data. As an AI research lab, we process large volumes of public information ("Web Data") to train models. We distinguish clearly between "Public Signals" and "Private Identifiers".

2. Information We Collect

A. Website Visitors

We use minimal analytics to track facility uptime and usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

B. Dataset Curation

When curating datasets (e.g., social media scraping), we employ automated PII (Personally Identifiable Information) Redaction pipelines to remove:

  • Phone numbers and national IDs.
  • Exact geolocation coordinates.
  • Email addresses not intended for public business use.

3. Partner Access Portal

If you are granted Partner Access, we log your query history for audit purposes as required by local data residency laws. This ensures that sensitive datasets are not exfiltrated to unauthorized regions.

4. Your Rights

If you believe your personal data has been inadvertently included in one of our training corpora, you may submit a "Right to be Forgotten" request. Upon verification, we will purge the specific records from our future training runs and dataset releases.

To submit a data removal request, email [email protected] with the subject line "DSAR Request".
